Files loaded into the tools
Files selected by the user are processed locally in the browser. The website does not operate a database designed to receive or store those documents, and the controller does not acquire their contents through the tools. Users remain responsible for using devices, browsers and AI assistants authorised by their firm or organisation.
Technical data and infrastructure
The website does not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or profiling tools. Infrastructure providers, including GitHub Pages and Cloudflare, may generate technical and security logs required to deliver and protect the service. Those activities are governed by the providers’ own notices and, where applicable, safeguards for international transfers.
Voluntary communications
When you write to a project address, the sender address, message content and any attachments are processed to respond and manage the related follow-up. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request and, for security and ordinary project management, the controller’s legitimate interests.
Retention and recipients
Communications are kept for the time needed to manage the request and, as a rule, no longer than 24 months, unless legal obligations or the protection of rights require longer retention. Data may be processed by technical providers used for email, hosting, distribution and website protection. They are not sold or used for behavioural advertising.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. The website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
