Files, local storage and backups
Documents, identifying data and sensitive information stay in your browser: uploaded files, names, tax codes and VAT numbers do not leave your device. Regime comparison, the LIPE generator, Italian statutory statements and Financial Analysis use our calculation service. Regime comparison transmits numerical simulation values. LIPE transmits totals per VP box and month, year, quarter and manual values. Financial Statements keeps files, identifying data, account codes and descriptions, UIDs, notes, mapping, AI findings and outputs in the browser; it transmits only aggregates per statutory item, current and previous values, comparative status, technical A.IX, and active technical reversals and adjustments. Financial Analysis keeps files, identity, account codes and descriptions, UIDs/technical keys, account-level mapping and splits, AI findings, notes, evidence, centre names and benchmark sources in the browser; it sends only closed technical enums and already aggregated numerical values required for reclassifications, indicators and checks. The services use values for calculation and do not store or log payloads or amounts. Browser configurations, work and archives may be lost when changing device, using private browsing or clearing site data: export and retain a local backup. Users remain responsible for applicable policies, authorisations, confidentiality and document suitability.
Technical data and infrastructure
The website does not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or profiling tools. GitHub Pages and Cloudflare may generate technical and security logs required to deliver and protect the service. The home page loads its decorative background from jsDelivr. Regime comparison, LIPE, Financial Statements and Financial Analysis call the calculation service on Cloudflare Workers at the same website address; it does not store or log payloads or amounts and does not echo inputs. Infrastructure providers record connection metadata — IP address, timestamp, requested path, outcome and declared browser — which do not include payload content. Their notices and, where applicable, international-transfer safeguards govern those activities.
Voluntary communications
When you write to a project address, the sender address, message content and any attachments are processed to respond and manage the related follow-up. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request and, for security and ordinary project management, the controller’s legitimate interests.
Retention and recipients
Communications are kept for the time needed to manage the request and, as a rule, no longer than 24 months, unless legal obligations or the protection of rights require longer retention. Data may be processed by technical providers used for email, hosting, distribution and website protection. They are not sold or used for behavioural advertising.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. The website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
