The content and tools are provided for informational, operational and experimental purposes. They do not constitute tax, accounting, legal or professional advice.

User responsibility

The user remains responsible for inputs, mapping, assumptions and use of outputs. Every result must be reviewed before professional use, transmission or submission to third parties.

Intellectual property, data and outputs

Original Tax Automation Lab software and materials are proprietary and all rights are reserved. Use through the website does not authorise copying or reuse of the software. Data and documents uploaded by the user remain the user’s; outputs may be used for lawful purposes, subject to the checks and responsibilities stated in these Terms. Availability and warranties

The tools and content are provided “as is” and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. No guarantee is given that they are error-free, fit for a particular purpose or continuously available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for loss arising from use, inability to use, or reliance on outputs. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the project, applicable law or infrastructure. The update date is shown at the top of the page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that apply. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.
