Tax and accounting processes, transformed into automated technology tools
You do not need to be a developer to automate professional work. You need to understand the process, write the rules, define the controls and verify the result.
Tools
Three tools available
Single-file applications usable online or downloadable from GitHub. Data are processed locally in the browser.
Fourth Directive Reclassification
Reclassifies IAS/IFRS reports into Italian statutory formats, preserving account detail, reversals, adjustments and reconciliations.
TFA Client File
Organises the client's tax profile and annual file: tax calculation, tax returns, IRL, open points and conclusions.
LIPE Generator
Configures VAT-code mapping, imports amounts and reconstructs the VP framework with controls, official-style PDF, working paper and IVP18 XML.
Method
From professional rules to verifiable software
Development is the final step. The process, data, exceptions and tests come first.
A recurring, verifiable process
Start from an activity you know well, with readable inputs, explainable rules and a result you can already verify.
Teach the process to the machine
Teach the machine how to read the inputs, apply rules and exceptions, perform controls and generate the correct output.
One function at a time
Small releases, real data and a changelog before adding complexity.
Testing and independent review
Ordinary case, edge case, invalid input and independent review.
Value shifts from preparation to process design, exception management and responsibility for the result
When an activity can be documented and automated, value does not lie in the hours spent producing the output. It lies in governing the process and deciding whether the result is reliable.
